Offered by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against GSK3α/β (G273) and is validated for use in Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. The unconjugated reagent reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples and detects endogenous levels of GSK3α/β protein.
It was generated using a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 250–300 of human GSK3α and was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a reported purity of greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target proteins have molecular weights of approximately 46 and 51 kDa, and the product listing includes three scientific images.
The antibody is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
