Anti-GRPR Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against GRPR (Gastrin-releasing peptide receptor), also referred to as GRP-preferring bombesin receptor and GRP-R. The unconjugated IgG reagent has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), with reactivity confirmed against Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

Production used recombinant human GRPR protein as immunogen, with antibodies subsequently purified by affinity chromatography on the immunogen. The reagent specifically detects endogenous levels of total GRPR protein. It is formulated at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol.

The antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted upon receipt for storage at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Two scientific validation images are provided to support Western blot use.
