Description
Affinity-purified polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com, raised in rabbit against the gastrin-releasing peptide receptor (GRPR). The unconjugated reagent detects endogenous levels of GRPR protein and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. The product is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, and is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.
The immunogen is recombinant full length human GRPR, and the antibody recognises the target at an apparent molecular weight of approximately 43 kDa. Purity is reported as greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE following affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen. The reagent is of the IgG isotype.
