Anti-GRPR Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to GRPR (Gastrin-releasing peptide receptor), offered by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody for Western blot applications. The unconjugated IgG reagent is raised in rabbit and validated for use with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 235–384 of human GRPR. The antibody is affinity-purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal. The target protein has a molecular weight of 43 kDa. The recommended Western blot dilution range is 1:500–1:2,000. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery, it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
