Anti-GRP78 (P641) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against GRP78 (P641). It is supplied unconjugated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

The antibody was generated using a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 611-660 of human GRP78 as immunogen. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with reported purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target has a stated molecular weight of approximately 78 kDa.

According to the manufacturer datasheet, the antibody detects endogenous levels of GRP78 protein. It is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and ICC/IF applications, and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. The product is listed as a primary antibody.
