Anti-GRP78 Antibody

The 50 µL size is provided in a phosphate-buffered saline formulation (pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, 50% glycerol) without Mg²⁺ or Ca²⁺, and the immunogen is a synthetic peptide derived from the human GRP78 sequence. The antibody recognizes endogenous levels of total GRP78 protein and has been validated for Western blotting (recommended dilution 1:500–1:3000), immunohistochemistry (1:50–1:100) and immunofluorescence/ICC (1:100–1:500), making it suitable for routine detection of this endoplasmic reticulum chaperone. Reactivity has been confirmed in human, mouse and rat samples, supporting cross-species work in cell biology and stress-response research. For stability, the vial is shipped at 4 °C and, once received, should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
