Anti-GRP Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets Gastrin Releasing Peptide (GRP) and is supplied by Antibodies.com. Raised in rabbit and of the IgG isotype, it is unconjugated and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The manufacturer validates the reagent for WB, IHC and ICC/IF applications.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–148 of human Gastrin Releasing Peptide (NP_002082.2). The target has a stated molecular weight of 16 kDa. The antibody is affinity purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide.

Recommended dilutions are WB 1:500–1:1,000, IHC 1:50–1:200, and ICC/IF 1:50–1:200. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
