Anti-Growth Hormone Antibody [YC6]

The antibody was raised using purified recombinant hGH as the immunogen and recognises both natural and recombinant human Growth Hormone. The affinity constant, measured by Friguet's (1985) method, is 1.7 x 10^10/M. The product is purified by Protein G affinity chromatography.

Supplied as a lyophilised preparation from a 0.01M Phosphate Buffered Saline solution at pH 7.2, the antibody should be reconstituted with double distilled water. It is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery, it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
