Anti-GRN Antibody

Raised in rabbit against a recombinant full-length human GRN immunogen, this affinity-purified polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is supplied as a 50 µl aliquot at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, with purity verified at greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. Validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, the unconjugated IgG isotype antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of GRN (granulin/progranulin precursor) migrating at approximately 64 kDa, and has been confirmed to react with both human and mouse samples. The reagent is shipped on cold packs at 4 °C and should be aliquoted upon arrival for long-term storage at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
