Anti-GRM4 Antibody

Reactive with human, mouse, and rat samples, the antibody is validated for Western Blotting (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), and Immunofluorescence (IF). For Western Blotting, a dilution range of 1:500-1:2,000 is recommended. The target protein has a molecular weight of 115 kDa, and the antibody is purified by affinity purification.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 33-290 of human GRM4 (NP_000832.1). The product is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide. It is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
