Anti-GRM1 Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified reagent is a rabbit polyclonal IgG raised against a synthetic peptide of human GRM1, also known by the synonyms GPRC1A and metabotropic glutamate receptor 1. The antibody is provided unconjugated at 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µL volume, formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol. It is validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry applications, detecting the endogenous level of total GRM1 protein, and shows reactivity with human, mouse, and rat samples. For handling, the vial is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted upon arrival and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve antibody performance.
