Description
A rabbit polyclonal antibody to GRK6, offered by Antibodies.com. The reagent is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and validated for Western Blot with reactivity against Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.
The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 66 kDa. The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 268-465 of human GRK6 (NP_001004106.1) and was affinity-purified. It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal. A recommended Western Blot dilution range is 1:500-1:2,000. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt, it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
