Anti-GRK2 (T23) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against GRK2 (G protein-coupled receptor kinase 2), supplied by Antibodies.com at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2. The immunogen corresponds to a region surrounding the T23 epitope of human GRK2, also known as ADRBK1 or BARK1, a serine/threonine kinase that phosphorylates activated G protein-coupled receptors and drives their homologous desensitization.

The unconjugated reagent is validated for western blot and immunohistochemistry workflows and cross-reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples, supporting studies of cardiac beta-adrenergic signaling, vascular smooth muscle regulation, chemokine receptor control, and insulin receptor desensitization in metabolic disease models. Each vial contains 100 µl of antibody, sufficient for routine membrane and tissue-section probing when titrated against endogenous GRK2 expression levels.
