Anti-GRK1 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody raised against GRK1, unconjugated and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–160 of human GRK1 (NP_002920.1). The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 65 kDa. The antibody is affinity-purified, shipped at 4 °C, and upon delivery should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.

Recommended working dilutions are WB 1:200–1:2,000, IHC 1:50–1:200, and ICC/IF 1:50–1:200.
