Anti-GRK 3 /ADRBK2 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises GRK 3, also known as ADRBK2. It is of the IgG isotype and supplied unconjugated for use in Western blotting (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications.

The antibody has been validated against Human, Mouse and Rat samples. It was raised against recombinant full length Human GRK 3 and detects endogenous levels of ADRBK2 protein. The antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The molecular weight of the target is approximately 80 kDa.

The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol. Two scientific validation images are included.
