Anti-GRK 2 (D635) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against GRK 2 and is unconjugated. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 600–650 of Human GRK2. The antibody detects endogenous levels of GRK 2 protein. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity of > 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target has a molecular weight of ~ 80 kDa. The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approx. pH 7.2.
