Anti-GRK 2 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against G-protein-coupled receptor kinase 2 (GRK2, also known as ADRBK1/BARK1) and is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen — a synthetic peptide derived from the human GRK2 sequence around the non-phosphorylation site of S685. Supplied as a 50 µl liquid formulation at 1 mg/mL in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, the antibody is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, making it well suited to standard detection workflows. It has been validated for use in Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and ELISA, and it cross-reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples, enabling consistent study of GRK2 signalling across common laboratory models.
