Anti-GRK 2 / ADRBK1 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets GRK 2, also known as ADRBK1. It is supplied as 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The antibody was raised against recombinant full length human GRK 2 / ADRBK1 and specifically detects endogenous levels of ADRBK1 protein. Validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, it reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples. The unconjugated antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, achieving a purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein runs at approximately 80 kDa.
