Anti-GRIP1 Antibody

Antibodies.com supplies this primary antibody as a rabbit polyclonal IgG raised against GRIP1, provided unconjugated in liquid form. It is validated for Western blot (WB) applications and reacts with human and mouse samples.

The antibody was generated against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 700–950 of human GRIP1 (NP_001171545.1). Recommended WB dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000. The target protein has a molecular weight of 131 kDa. The product is formulated in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is purified by affinity chromatography. Concentration is lot-specific.
