Anti-GRIN2B (phospho Y1474) Antibody

The immunogen is a synthetic phospho-peptide spanning Y1474 of human GRIN2B (accession NP_000825.2), with the reported immunogen sequence HVYEK.

The reagent is of the IgG isotype, supplied unconjugated in liquid form, and purified by affinity chromatography. It is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal. The target has a stated molecular weight of 200 kDa, and the antibody concentration is lot specific.
