Anti-GRIN2B (Phospho-Ser1303) Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com specifically targets GRIN2B when phosphorylated at Serine 1303. It is validated for Western blotting and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. The unconjugated reagent is supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺) at pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol.

The antibody was raised against a peptide sequence around the phosphorylation site of Serine 1303 (Q-H-S(p)-Y-D) derived from Human GRIN2B, and detects endogenous levels of GRIN2B only when phosphorylated at this residue. It was produced by immunizing rabbits with synthetic phosphopeptide–KLH conjugates and purified by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific phosphopeptide, with non-phospho-specific antibodies removed by chromatography using non-phosphopeptide. For Western blotting, a dilution range of 1:500–1:1000 is recommended. The product ships at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
