Anti-GRIN2B Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this polyclonal antibody is generated in rabbit and targets GRIN2B. The reagent is unconjugated, of IgG isotype, and validated for Western blotting and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence on human, mouse and rat samples.

It is raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1185-1484 of human GRIN2B (NP_000825.2) and purified by affinity chromatography. The formulation is Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. The reported molecular weight of the target is 166 kDa.
