Anti-GRIN2A Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting NMDAR2A (GRIN2A), offered by Antibodies.com as part of their Primary Antibodies range. The unconjugated IgG reagent is raised in rabbit and validated for Western blot and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence applications, with reactivity confirmed against mouse and rat samples.

The antibody was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1130–1400 of human NMDAR2A (NP_000824.1) and is affinity purified. It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, with a reported molecular weight of 180 kDa. Recommended starting dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:1,000 and ICC/IF: 1:50–1:200. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
