Anti-GRIN1 (phospho S896) Antibody

It specifically recognises the GRIN1 / NMDAR1 protein when phosphorylated at serine 896, raised against a synthetic phospho-peptide corresponding to the region around S896 of the human NMDAR1 sequence (NP_015566.1) [S1][C0].

The antibody has been validated for Western blot (WB) and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples [S1][C0]. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 120 kDa [S1].

It is provided as a liquid formulation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, and has been affinity purified [S1]. Storage instructions are shipment at 4°C, followed by aliquoting and storage at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided [S1]. The recommended Western blot working dilution range is 1:500–1:2,000 [S1].
