Anti-GRIN1 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal primary antibody manufactured by Antibodies.com, raised against NMDAR1 (also known as GRIN1). The reagent is unconjugated with an IgG isotype and has been validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications. It reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. The immunogen is a synthetic phosphorylated peptide corresponding to the S896 and S897 region of human NMDAR1.

Affinity purified and supplied as a liquid preparation, the antibody targets a protein with a molecular weight of 120 kDa. Recommended working dilutions are 1:1,000–1:5,000 for WB, 1:50–1:200 for IHC, and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
