Anti-GRIK2 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal primary antibody targets the kainate-type glutamate receptor GRIK2 (also known as GluK2, GluR6, EAA4, or glutamate receptor ionotropic kainate 2) and is supplied as a 50 µL aliquot at a working concentration of 1.0 mg/mL. The reagent is unconjugated and was generated against a recombinant human GRIK2 immunogen, then purified by affinity chromatography to ensure detection of endogenous levels of the total GRIK2 protein. Host species is rabbit with a polyclonal IgG clonality, and the antibody is validated for western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) on human and mouse samples. The formulation consists of phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺) at pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant.
