Anti-GRIK2 Antibody

Antibodies.com provides a rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting GRIK2, also referred to as GluK2. The reagent is raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 30–300 of human GRIK2 (NP_068775.1) and is of the IgG isotype, supplied unconjugated in liquid form. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and listed for use in immunofluorescence (IF) applications, with reactivity reported against human and mouse samples.

According to the manufacturer documentation, the recommended working dilution range for WB is 1:500–1:2,000, and the molecular weight associated with the target is 115 kDa. The antibody is purified by affinity purification and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide.

The product is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
