Anti-GRID2 Antibody

This Rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com targets the GRID2 (glutamate receptor, ionotropic, delta-2) protein and is supplied as a 50 µl aliquot at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.4) with 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The antibody is unconjugated and of the polyclonal Rabbit IgG isotype, raised against a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human GRID2, and affinity-purified by epitope-specific immunogen chromatography so that it detects endogenous levels of total GRID2 protein. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications and has been shown to react with Human, Mouse and Rat samples, making it suitable for cross-species studies of delta-2 glutamate receptor expression in neural research. The vial is shipped at 4 °C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
