Anti-GRID1 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to GRID1, supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG reagent in liquid form. Raised in rabbit and validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, the antibody reacts with Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 880-1009 of human GRID1 (NP_060021.1). The target has a reported molecular weight of 100 kDa. The product is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide, and is purified by affinity purification. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.

Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. Concentration is reported as lot specific.
