Anti-GRIA4 Antibody

It is validated for Western blot (WB) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The antibody is of the IgG isotype, with Rabbit as the host species, and is supplied as a liquid.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 254–433 of human GluR4/GluA4/GRIA4 (accession NP_001070712.1). The reported molecular weight of the target is 101 kDa. The product is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been purified by affinity chromatography. The concentration is reported as lot specific.
