Anti-GRIA2 (phospho S880) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises the GRIA2 (GluR2) subunit of the ionotropic glutamate receptor when phosphorylated at Ser880. It is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and is validated for Western blot (WB) applications with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. The antibody was raised against a phospho-specific peptide corresponding to residues surrounding S880 of human GluR2/GRIA2.

It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified. The target has a reported molecular weight of 120 kDa. Recommended dilution for WB is 1:500–1:2,000. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Concentration is lot specific.
