Anti-GRIA1 (phospho S849) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com, raised against Glutamate Receptor 1 (AMPA subtype) phosphorylated at Ser849. The reagent is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, and it is validated for Western blot (WB) on samples from Human, Mouse and Rat.

The immunogen is a phospho-specific peptide corresponding to residues surrounding S849 of human GluR1/GRIA1. The target protein has a molecular weight of 102 kDa. The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and it has been purified by affinity chromatography.

For Western blotting, a recommended dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000 is advised. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
