Anti-GRIA1 (phospho S836) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody supplied by Antibodies.com, raised against Glutamate Receptor 1 (AMPA subtype) and specific for the phospho Ser836 modification. The unconjugated IgG antibody is validated for Western Blot applications and has been shown to react with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a phospho-specific peptide corresponding to residues surrounding S836 of human GluR1/GRIA1. The product is supplied as a liquid at a lot-specific concentration in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been purified by affinity chromatography. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 102 kDa, and the recommended Western Blot dilution range is 1:500–1:2,000.

The antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted upon delivery and stored at -20°C, with avoidance of repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
