Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified Rabbit polyclonal antibody targets GRIA1 (glutamate receptor 1 / GluA1), the AMPA-type ionotropic glutamate receptor subunit implicated in excitatory synaptic transmission and plasticity. Raised against a recombinant human GRIA1 protein and supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in a PBS buffer (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, the unconjugated antibody is validated for Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) on Human, Mouse and Rat samples, where it detects the endogenous total GRIA1 protein.
