Anti-GRIA1 Antibody

An affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets Glutamate Receptor 1 (AMPA subtype), also known as GRIA1. Supplied as an unconjugated IgG in liquid form, the reagent is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 330–470 of human GluR1/GRIA1 (NP_000818.2). The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 100 kDa. The antibody is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% Glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal, and is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.

Recommended starting dilutions, as supplied by the manufacturer, are WB: 1:500–1:1,000, IHC: 1:50–1:200 and ICC/IF: 1:50–1:200.
