Anti-GRF-1 (phospho-Y1105) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against GRF-1 phosphorylated at Tyrosine 1105 (phospho-Y1105). The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

It was generated using a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human GRF-1 around the phosphorylation site of Tyrosine 1105, and detects endogenous levels of GRF-1 protein only when phosphorylated at Tyr1105. The antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of ~172 kDa. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity of > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
