Anti-GRF-1 (phospho-Y1087) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody specifically targets GRF-1 when phosphorylated at Tyrosine 1087. Raised in rabbit and purified by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, the antibody shows purity > 95% as assessed by SDS-PAGE.

Validated for immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, the unconjugated antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The antibody detects endogenous levels of GRF-1 protein only when phosphorylated at Tyr1087, having been generated against a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human GRF-1 around the phosphorylation site of Tyrosine 1087.

The reagent has a molecular weight of ~ 172 kDa and is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2.
