Anti-GRF-1 (phospho-Y1087) Antibody

Produced in rabbit as a polyclonal reagent, this Antibodies.com antibody binds selectively to GRF-1 (also called RASGRF1) when phosphorylated at tyrosine 1087. RASGRF1 functions as a Ras-specific guanine nucleotide-releasing factor, and site-specific phospho-tyrosine detection is commonly used to track activation states of this signaling protein in research studies.

The antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, in a 100 µl vial. As an unconjugated reagent, it can be paired with any HRP-, biotin-, or fluorophore-labeled secondary detection system chosen by the user.
