Anti-GRB7 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against the GRB7 protein target and is validated for Western blot. It is supplied unconjugated as a polyclonal IgG, in a liquid formulation prepared by affinity purification. The reported molecular weight of GRB7 is 60 kDa.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-140 of human GRB7 (NP_001229372.1), and the recommended Western blot dilution is 1:500-1:2,000. The antibody is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal; it is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
