Anti-GRB2 Antibody

An affinity-purified polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com targets GRB2, described as a highly conserved approximately 26 kDa adaptor protein. The antibody is raised in rabbit, is of the IgG isotype, and is supplied unconjugated in liquid form.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to the C-terminus, amino acids 198-217, of human GRB2, which has 100% identity between human, bovine, rat, and mouse sequences. Predicted molecular weight is 26 kDa. The reagent is provided at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.4, containing 15 mM Sodium Azide, and has been purified by affinity chromatography using a 20-amino-acid immunogen peptide.

Validated for Western blot application in human samples under reducing conditions at a recommended working dilution of 1-2 µg/ml. Storage guidance is to ship at 4°C, then aliquot and store at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
