Anti-GRB2 Antibody

Raised in rabbit against the SH2-domain adaptor protein GRB2, this polyclonal reagent is supplied by Antibodies.com at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The unconjugated antibody is validated for western blot and immunohistochemistry on human, mouse, and rat samples, and is useful in studies of receptor tyrosine kinase signaling and Ras-MAPK pathway activation. Each vial contains 100 µl of working stock, sufficient for multiple blotting membranes or tissue sections. Researchers investigating growth factor responses, cytoskeletal remodeling, or oncogenic signaling cascades driven by ErbB2 or EGFR can use this antibody to detect endogenous GRB2 in whole-cell lysates or formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue.
