Anti-GRB2 (Ab-159) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against the GRB2 adapter protein and is targeted to a region flanking the serine 159 phosphorylation site (immunogen: synthesized non-phosphopeptide derived from human GRB2, K-S-S(p)-A-P). Supplied at 50 µl with a protein concentration of 1.0 mg/ml, the unconjugated IgG is formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by epitope-specific affinity chromatography. The antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) on human samples, where it recognizes endogenous levels of total GRB2. For best stability, it should be stored at -20 °C and protected from repeated freeze/thaw cycles, and it is intended for research use only.
