Anti-GRB10 (L63) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against GRB10 (L63) and validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF). The unconjugated reagent reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 32–84 of Human GRB10, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of GRB10 protein. It is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of > 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target runs at approximately 60 to 67 kDa. The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2.
