Anti-GRASP55 (L215) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting GRASP55 at the L215 epitope, supplied unconjugated by Antibodies.com. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 180-234 of Human GRASP55, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of the GRASP55 protein. Reactivity has been demonstrated against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The reagent is provided at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. It has been validated for Western blot (WB) applications. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity assessed at > 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of ~ 47 kDa.
