This polyclonal IgG reagent from Antibodies.com detects GRAP2, an SH2/SH3 domain adaptor also known as GADS that couples the T-cell receptor to downstream signaling through SLP-76 during lymphocyte activation. Raised in rabbit and supplied as 100 µl of unconjugated antiserum, the antibody is validated for western blot and recognizes both human and mouse GRAP2, supporting studies of thymocyte development, T-cell receptor signaling cascades, and adaptor protein recruitment to LAT at sites of immune synapse formation.
