Anti-Granzyme B/H (E20) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a Rabbit polyclonal antibody to Granzyme B/H (E20), raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 1–50 of Human Granzyme B. The unconjugated antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approx. pH 7.2, and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. It reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples, and detects endogenous levels of both Granzyme B and Granzyme H protein. The antibody has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity of >95% (by SDS-PAGE). The target protein runs at ~28 kDa.
