Anti-GR (phospho-S211) Antibody

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human GR around the phosphorylation site of Serine 211, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of GR only when phosphorylated at Ser211. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity reported as > 95% (by SDS-PAGE). The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 90,95 kDa.
