Description
Supplied by Antibodies.com, this unconjugated rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against GR. It is provided at 1mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol, and is validated for Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), and Immunofluorescence (IF) applications, reacting with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.
The immunogen is recombinant full length Human GR, and the reagent detects endogenous levels of GR protein. It has a reported molecular weight of approximately 90,95 kDa. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
