Description
A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets GPX4 and is supplied in unconjugated form. The reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.
Produced by immunising rabbits with recombinant full-length human GPX4, the antibody detects endogenous levels of GPX4 protein. It is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein runs at approximately 22 kDa. The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.
