Anti-GPX1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against glutathione peroxidase 1 (GPX1), also referred to as GPx-1. The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blot (WB), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and immunohistochemistry (IHC), and has been confirmed to react with human, mouse, and rat samples.

Immunisation used recombinant protein of human GPX1, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of total GPX1. It is supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, following affinity purification on the immunogen. The product is shipped at 4 °C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
